About Kenwick Farmhouse Nursery

Our retail nursery occupies a two acre site on the edge of the Lincolnshire Wolds (Louth) an area of outstanding natural beauty, with magnificent views to the North Sea 10 miles away.

We grow an extensive range of hardy perennials (including numerous unusual varieties), vegetable, seasonal bedding plants, conifers, shrubs and trees.

This year we celebrate 26 years of trading. We have seen several changes over the last few years, particularly with our extensive range of hardy perennials. Since attending our first Plant Fair in 2002 we have enjoyed meeting new friends, many of whom have visited us at the nursery.

Kenwick Farmhouse Nursery and Tearooms were recently featured in the Good Taste – The magazine from Tastes of Lincolnshire of which we are a member. This has resulted in increased customers visiting the tea rooms and Nursery. The tea rooms have seen such an increase that we are now advising all customers wishing to visit for Sunday lunch to book in advance to avoid disappointment.

When Barry was diagnosed coeliac and after discovering how difficult it is to eat out we decided to provide an extensive range of gluten-free food in our menu (including daily specials, cakes and puddings).

We are very pleased with the success we have enjoyed following the extension to the seating area in the tea room.
