About Oak nurseries

Oak Nurseries is a long established business providing hanging baskets and bedding plants at fantastic prices to customers throughout the local area. The family run business has been at its current location in Newton (Macclesfield) for over 40 years and has over 100 years of knowledge and experience within the horticultural industry which is represented in the quality of the plants we grow and the hanging baskets we create.

With over 60,000 sq metres of glass making up the nursery, we are well equipped to create your perfect Summer hanging basket. We take orders for our bespoke moss baskets until mid May via the contact form on our website, email, telephone or why not call in at the nursery if you wish to discuss your requirements in more detail or simply want some advice. We can fill your own baskets, troughs, tubs and hayracks or supply our own to suit your needs.

The nursery is open during the Summer season from the beginning of May should you wish to come and choose a hanging basket from the 1000′s we grow onsite along with our unrivalled selection of bedding plants and, of course, not forgetting our selection of Geraniums which attract customers from as far away as Scotland!
